From a University Dorm to Singapore's Most Trusted Web Design Agency

In 2011, I was an undergraduate at university with a tuition bill and not enough money to pay it. I started designing logos for $50, hawker stall owners, provision shops, neighbourhood sundry stores. The ones who could not afford a proper agency but needed something that looked professional. I did it on weekends, between lectures, on the MRT. It paid for my semester.

Over time the jobs got bigger. Logos became websites. I noticed something: the businesses whose websites I built kept asking me why they were not getting more customers from Google. I had no answer, I had built them something that looked good, not something that worked. That bothered me. I spent the next two years learning SEO, conversion optimisation, Core Web Vitals, everything. By the time I graduated, I had rebuilt my approach from scratch: every site had to rank, load fast, and turn visitors into leads. Design was just the wrapping.

I went full-time in 2015. We have now served 100+ Singapore businesses, restaurants, law firms, clinics, e-commerce brands, B2B companies. I still personally review every strategy before it ships. The tools have changed, the clients have grown, but the original commitment has not: if a website does not help your business make money, we have failed, no matter how good it looks.
