1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of web design, SEO, Google Ads, and related digital marketing services by Best Web Design Singapore. By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
We provide web design, SEO, Google Ads management, and related digital marketing services. The specific scope of work for each engagement is defined in the project proposal or quotation agreed between both parties.
3. Payment Terms
- Work is invoiced per agreed project milestones or on a monthly retainer basis.
- Payment is due within 7 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Work may be paused on invoices overdue by more than 14 days.
4. Intellectual Property
- Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns all final website deliverables.
- We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio. Clients may request removal.
- Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins, frameworks) remain subject to their respective licences.
5. Scope & Change Requests
Revisions and additions that fall outside the agreed project scope will be quoted separately. Material changes to the scope of work require written agreement from both parties before work proceeds.
6. SEO Disclaimer
We cannot guarantee specific search engine rankings. SEO results depend on factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes and competitor activity. We follow Google Webmaster Guidelines. Paid advertising performance depends on budget, market conditions, and competition.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from our services. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the total fees paid by you for the relevant project or service.
8. Client Responsibilities
- Provide content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner to avoid project delays.
- Ensure all content provided to us does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
- Maintain and provide access credentials for hosting, domain registrar, and related services as required.
9. Termination
- Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with 30 days written notice.
- The client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
- All deliverables will be transferred to the client upon receipt of outstanding payment.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
