Are there any setup fees?
No. The 14-section technical SEO audit that most agencies charge $3,500+ for separately is included in your project fee. Zero setup fees.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer, credit card, or PayNow. We invoice in two milestones: 50% on project kickoff, 50% on launch.
How long does a build take?
Starter projects typically complete in 3–4 weeks. Professional projects take 5–8 weeks. Enterprise timelines are scoped individually during discovery.
Can I upgrade my package mid-project?
Yes. If your requirements grow, we quote any scope additions in writing and agree before any extra work begins. No surprise invoices.
Is the pricing in SGD?
Yes. All prices are in Singapore Dollars, inclusive of GST where applicable.
What if I need to pause my project?
Projects can pause once for up to 30 days during the engagement without penalty. Your assets and progress are preserved throughout.
