Before work begins, we agree in writing on three things: the specific keywords to rank, the target positions (within the top 10 results on Google — page 1), and the 90-day timeline. If we hit the agreed positions within 90 days, the guarantee is fulfilled. If we do not, we continue working on your campaign at no additional charge until the agreed positions are achieved.
Which keywords qualify for the guarantee?
Keywords qualify based on search volume, current competition level, and your domain's existing authority. We typically guarantee local and service-specific keywords in Singapore — for example 'plumber Singapore', 'accountant Orchard Road', or 'web design Singapore'. Highly competitive national or global keywords with very high difficulty scores are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
What happens if the guarantee is not met?
If we do not achieve the agreed page 1 rankings within 90 days, we continue working on your campaign at zero additional cost until we do. For qualifying campaigns, if you choose to discontinue after the guarantee period without achieving the targets, you are eligible for a partial refund as defined in your contract. Is the guarantee valid if I make changes to my website?

Major redesigns, content rewrites, CMS migrations, or changes that undo our technical work can affect rankings. We require that any significant site changes during the guarantee period are discussed with us first.
